Comprehensive Postgres best practices compliance: 50+ new indexes, full-text search, RLS policy fixes, data type corrections, and DeepSeek AI integration for cost optimization.

  • Added trigram GIN indexes for fuzzy search — superpower search no longer does full table scans
  • Added tsvector full-text search columns on employees, goals, feedback, and departments
  • BRIN indexes on append-only audit/security tables for 10-100x smaller index footprint
  • Fixed 11 dead auth.uid() RLS policies — replaced with current_setting() for NextAuth compatibility
  • Created restricted app_user database role with DML-only privileges
  • Converted VARCHAR(n) to TEXT and TIMESTAMP to TIMESTAMPTZ on older tables
  • Added DeepSeek as cost-saving secondary AI provider for feedback analysis and embeddings
  • Batch ritual participant inserts using unnest() instead of per-row loop
  • Parallelized cron maintenance with Promise.allSettled batches
  • Added cursor-based pagination support to notifications API

Fix

Platform Stability & Data Accuracy Fixes

Comprehensive audit-driven fixes addressing data integrity, health scoring accuracy, goal progress calculations, Stripe sync reliability, and version display consistency across the platform.

  • Version now auto-syncs from package.json — sidebar, footer, Sentry, and monitoring always show the correct version
  • Customer health scoring: added account-age grace period (30/60 days) so new accounts aren't flagged at-risk immediately
  • Reduced feedback penalty for accounts under 90 days old — ramping targets instead of full quotas
  • Goal avg progress now calculated from active goals only, excluding completed/abandoned
  • Parent goal progress no longer excludes at-risk children — they're behind schedule, not inactive
  • Stripe tier sync now persists stripe_product_id alongside price IDs for full reconciliation
  • Memory alert now uses real Node.js heap usage instead of hardcoded 92.28%
  • MRR calculation uses subscriptions table as canonical source with fallback
  • AI briefing excludes Owner/Founder/President from unassigned-manager count
  • PTO widget shows friendly empty state instead of disappearing when HR module is disabled
  • Pending invites count visible in Team Size stat card
